Water exercise in shallow and deep water.  Designed to build strength, flexibility and cardio fitness.  Classes are modified for Athletic training, Rehabilitation, Seniors, or anyone else who wants a great work out while they are in the water.

Kick Test

Athletes train to get results, and we want to help you reach your goals.  We have developed a technique to quantifiably measure improvements in flexibility & kick height. With the Kick Test, the height of your kick is measured before and after a massage that is customized to target areas used in a specific type of kick.  After a one month period participants were able to see on a graph how their kicking ability improved.

High Altitude Training Athletic Massage

Your body naturally adapts to the lack of oxygen in higher altitudes. Athletes can use these adaptations to help improve their performance.  Sound Body Health has developed a Athletic Conditioning program based on these highly researched principles to give athletes an edge as they prepare for upcoming competition.  Start this training program at least two months before your next competition to get the most out of the treatment.
